Individual Vision of Ministry Statement â€Å"Creative, loving, and inspired ministry that loosens the weights of religion, andâ leadsâ people to aâ lifetime,â obedient relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ. † Each word in thatâ visionâ statement is critical to me and depicts my profound being to this point. Creativityâ is critical to me, not on the grounds that promoting or me being somewhat innovative, but since from the earliest starting point, our God was an imaginative God; I don’t accept there is any roomâ forâ becoming stale in Christianity.Love is the focal subject of the Bible, and it is the most significant of the Great Commandment’s. Model being Jesus Christ associated as our own Lord and Savior. So this would be my own service of how I am to share Christ Jesus Love. To have the option to instruct, and lead others to Christ through sacred text. As a congregation youth serve, I ought to be one that is associated with today’s youth. An adolescent clergyman should lead youngsters, in their otherworldly development as well as their self-improvement as well.A youth serve needs to have extraordinary initiative characteristics and have a lot of understanding and declaration so as to impart to the kids.
