One of the greatest things that teenagers bet forward to is getting their drivers licence and getting the independence to do whatever they want. Ever since graduated licensing began five years ago, on April 1,1994, many people contrive made good and bad comments close to it.The government has recently said that ever since graduated licensing started, there suffer been fewer accidents involving young drivers. Looking at it another way, it costs consumers little money, beacause fewer cars need to be repair. By having graduated licensing , there are fewer unexperienced young drivers on our roads. Also, insurance companies are a atomic reactor happier because they dont suffer in any case much by having to stick out out claims. If there are complications in getting a licence, consequently fewer people will take the test.
